Cingular Wireless CINGULAR WIRELESS!!!!!!!!!! On January 24 ,2007 I bought a cell phone and paid a large deposit on my cingular account. In total I had given $468 to start off my account. I had the phone for one day and could not get even moderatly decent service in many areas of where I live. SO the next day I returned the phone to the store where I had purchased it. At that time I was informed that I could not have an immediate refund and that I would have to wait for a check for the full amount of the refund. After 7 calls , 2 filed cases with cingular, 3 supervisors, 2 complaints to cingular, and a report to Better Bussiness I still have not recieved my refund check as of April 3, 2007. I called today and the response from the supervisor of the call center was "Complain, complain, complain! No matter how much you complain you are not getting your money back any sooner!!" (direrct quote!!) I am so irritated with this company I don't even know where to go from here!!!!!
