Explanation of Dispute:

I ordered a Aqua Logic system, among other parts, from this web based business on 3/17/07 and immediately paid $2276 on Mastercard, which was the full price of the order. I received some goods but I am missing parts valued at $650-700 based on the prices for those parts advertised on their own website. I have repeatedly left messages and emails to try and get this resolved. I was asked by their staff to take pictures of shipping cartons and send them in, which I did. I was told inaccurately on both 4/09/07 and on 04/23/07 that the missing parts had been shipped. Subsequent emails from the drop-shipper show that none of the missing parts have never shipped. I was told by the customer service personnel not to call or email anymore and that "if I was going to get the parts at all, I would get them when I get them." I was refused when I requested Development Inc. refund the value of the missing parts.
