Normandin Jeep Dealership Capitol Expressway Auto Mall San Jose, CA
I was infuriated when I left the Normandin Jeep Dealership not long ago. I had to take my car in for repairs and the service writer never returned any of my calls (my car was left in the dealership over 1 week and was never worked on; I was paying for a rental vehicle so that was a waste of money). When he finally returned my call and advised me that they had not yet started to work on my jeep I was told that both of my axle seals needed repairs and I needed a repair on my transfer case. I was quoted a dollar amount for these repairs.
After the work was completed on my car I was given the work order which stated that only 1 axle seal needed a repair but I was charged the same amount quoted for 2. I was angry and I demanded a refund. I was refunded over $300.00 because I felt that they were trying to nickel and dime me. I am a young woman and I felt that I could have been an easy target had I not done my homework and documented what was said to me by the service writer.
I will never go to Normandin again. Not only did they offer POOR service but they basically tried to defraud me. They left a bad taste in my mouth and whenever I drive by there I cringe and get angry. Had I been na
