Very bad experience on Verizon Wireless

It is like a very bad long story on verizon wireless since last Augest:

We chose this store because it was very close to our home, and if we had any question we could go and ask the store manager.

Last Augest, we chose the verizon wireless plan with promised after rebate free Treo 650 and Motorola V3 + free blue tooth, the store manger asked us to buy the software which could downloan MP3 to V3.

First the software does not work, after 1 week, we found the we got the Treo 600 in the Treo650 box. Then the manger asked us to pay $50 to buy an insurance, he said that Treo 650 is discontinued and the insurance company would give us Treo 700 if we claimed loss.

After we paid $50 and extra $10 / month extra, we got another Treo 600. Not Treo 700. The manager said that it was insurance company 's mistake and he could not promise when we could get Treo 700.

We felt that the manager cheats us. We complain to BBB , and finally we to the Treo 700 in October. But did not get bluetooth and can not get the refund for the software.

Now is 8 month from our signing the verizon wireless, the store has already closed, we did not get the promised the rebate + half an year sign up the plan we could get $50. We asked verizon wireless,they never receive the application for the rebate.

Where can we find to get these rebate,if the store owner is missing. Is that possible that the store owner get our rebate and did not give us .
