Spitzer

Spitzer I just recently found out that Spitzer took me for a fool. I had bought a 2001 Chevy Caviler from the Spitzer in Northfield, Ohio. I have had the car for 6 years now and it gave me problems from the start; first a spark plug broke off and bounced around in the engine then I had engine trouble 2 more times. The service man blamed me for the problems which upset me greatly. After the 3rd time when I received the customer satisfaction survey I told GM outright that I’d never buy another Chevy after my experience and the service guy was forgetting who was signing his paycheck. That service man was just rude because the car was under warranty so he got back at me by taking their sweet ole sweet ole time fixing it. Well I traded the car off on 4/28/07 to find out that Spitzer lied to me and placed LS on the car when in fact in wasn’t an LS at all. The reason the place I traded it off to told me it wasn’t an LS is simple the LS models have power windows or power locks this one didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy buying a car from any Spitzer dealer ever. I feel cheated and ripped off. How can they get away with such deceitful practices and remain in business? How can those sales people go home with a clear conscious and sleep at night knowing they lie to people and rip them off? I hope that someday their lies and deceitful practice catches up with them and they end up having to reimburse everyone they’ve ever lied to and ripped off then end up out of business.
