Lowe's window blinds/La Habra

On March 8, 2007 I ordered and paid for window blinds; it is now

April 30 and I am still waiting. Three additional trips have been

made, with approximately 1 hour spent on each trip, and all I get is

promises for an early delivery and telephone calls. NOTHING HAS BEEN

DONE. I hope to never have another dealing with Lowes.
