Vanderbilt Mortgage has, for 6+ years, reported erroneous information on my credit bureau report. I opened a mortgage account with Vanderbilt 3/2000 and closed it 12/2000. Currently, it is showing a 30 day late 2/2006. Vanderbilt claims they are not reporting a late for 2/2006. CSC Credit Services repeatedly verify that they are. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to determine that I could not have made a late payment 2/06, when the account was closed 12/00.

CSC is unreachable, unattainable, non cooperative, secretive and totally, 100% for the businesses that pay their fees! The consumer has no validation with CSC.

I am between a rock and hard place, no one will remove it and it is affecting my score? What do I do?
