I have had a very similar problem with the brass knuckles company myself, I placed an order months ago and have only received a few automated emails after sending many complaints. I'm not sure where to go with this currently, but am spurred on to see that the items in this case were in fact received.

Hi David,

I just called your company to check on a order. The woman that answered the phone should never be in customer service or handle any customers ever again. You will lose customers. Your first one is me.

We placed an order on Saturday November 27th 2010. Our bank account was charged on Monday November 29th. Today is December 3rd, we never received a receipt or confirmation email letting us know that the item shipped. I decided to call today and find out what happened. It turns out we entered a incorrect email address which explains why we never received confirmation.

My issue are the following:

1: The woman that answered the phone simply said, "Hello" when she answered the phone. I had to ask her if I was calling Brassknucklescompany.com. When I asked she said, "Yes" and that was it.

2: I explained that I wanted to check on a order because I never received confirmation, but my account was charged. The woman asked me for my order number. I told her I didn't know it and she replied, "it was on your order form when you placed the order". I explained that I didn't write it down because I expected a receipt and she replied, "well, that's just wonderful".

3: She complained that she would have to now look up my order by name because I didn't have my order number. She found the order and verified that the order did in fact ship on November 30th.

5: She read back the email address and we realized that we entered the incorrect one. I told her that email address was my mistake.

6: Before we hung up the woman gave me the order number and I wrote it down. She then said, "make sure you have it next time you call so I don't have to look through 40 orders just to find yours.

David, I can't even explain her demeanor or attitude in words, but honestly I have never been treated so poorly. I would hope you have your business calls recorded for "quality purposes" since you speak so highly of your customer service. If you do the you will see that your customers don't even receive common courtesy.

Well, I have a huge apology to make. Turns out my mom had taken the package and hid it about a year ago (I was still in highschool and she obviously didn't want me having them). Now that I'm in college she gave them to me and boy are they nice! I am deeply sorry for this, as I have been scammed by online companies before and I thought you guys were just another phishing site but I was definitely wrong - TOP QUALITIY BRASS KNUCKS!! Once again I deeply apologize, and I hope the best of luck to you and your company David.
