To whom it may concern. After contacting the company where I purchased this trailer and receiving no help. I decided to start sending this letter to everyone I know. That may be the only satisfaction I get making sure no one else buys a coachman. Just wanted you to see the quality of your product. Dennis P. Gagorik ----- Forwarded by Denny P. Randy,
Attached are the pictures of my 1999 Catalina trailer that we talked about on 9/22/06. These pictures are of the damage caused I feel by a very slow leak that existed at the time of purchase and took a long time to appear. Two weeks ago I was cleaning out my rain gutters and went to rest my hand on the roof and much to my surprise the wood below crumbled. I searched extensively for a leak or cut or hole and can not find one, damage is located over the bedroom wind and also above the TV stand and extends slightly into the corner of the bathroom. As you can see in the pictures the damage is approx. 32 inches long and varies about 2 to 6 inches in width. I have taken very good care of this trailer keeping the gutters cleaned out and the roof clean. Also this trailer has been covered from the elements during the winter months since it was new. This makes me think that this leak might have been going on from day one. It is hard to believe this could happen to a 7 year old trailer that was taken very good care of. I hope you can help in this matter. I’m looking forward to hearing your advice on this subject. If there are any questions you would like to ask that I have not thought of to include in this note, please call me.
Thank You, Dennis Gagorik
