I am thoroughly disgusted and frustrated with your web site. In attempting to make flight reservations, and upon completing or nearly completing the transaction, I was told on the screen my time had expired and I would need to begin again.
I did begin again, two more times, and in both instances was told my time had expired.
I have consequently booked my flight on another airline and will not in the future be flying Delta. I have been a Delta client for many years and my Sky Miles account # is: 2393076951.
It is most unfortunate for your company that your web site is so totally user UNFRIENDLY especially in these days when competition is great between airlines.
I will be contacting your company to investigate transfering my Sky Miles to another venue.
