Ordered their exercise dvd's; following their instructions, I called about the dvd not working right - it doesn't return to main menu, just loops through 15 minutes of commercials; they sent replacements and are charging me $19.95 every month; I cannot reach anyone. I am left on hold for over 20 minutes (after that I hang up; cell phone adds up). 4 e-mails unanswered other than an auto-generator "we'll get back to you". Lousy product....more minutes are spent on pushing their supplements than on usable material...does not contain any educational material at all. Very big waste of $79.95 plus.
