privilage complaint

i would like 2 complaine about privilage insurance & the way they have delt with my claim, yesterday my wife had a car accedent she recived head & chest injuries although they were not life threaterning & she was sent home from hospital i was advised by the hospital 2 monerter her 4 any change in her which might result in her having 2 go back into hospital, this is not possible as privilage cannot supply me with a car until they have inspected the damage 2 my car this could take up 2 days, i live over an hour away from plymouth hospital which i explaned 2 privilage but they were unable 2 do anything about this, so in my mind if my wife took a turn 4 the worst i could not get here 2 hospital & their attitude is she could die & we dont care,.
