I have had much the same experience with this company as everyone else seems to.

I was getting emails of "statements" telling me that my bill was, say $5.50 and would be charged to my credit card on 2-15-07. What would really happen is they would charge me an amount at least double or triple that, and then another charge two weeks later. Every month they would charge me twice, not duplicate amounts. I tried repeatedly to email them, from their website. The website says to email your name, phone number and what the issue is and a rep will contact you to resolve it. I never received any such phone call or even a reply to my emails.

Finally, I changed carriers and refused payment of my final bill with them. Then I start getting nasty emails, telling me that I had better contact them to resolve this or they would turn me over to a collection agency, charge me for that "investigation" and report me to credit bureaus if I do not contact them to resolve this issue. Again providing no way to contact them and again, not responding to my emails. The only things I get seem to be standard computer generated letters.

I have written to the customer service address on the website, I have responded to every email they have sent me (including from the "delinquency help" address) as well as a marketing email address, a media email address and a visitor email address. Not a single response. This started 3 months ago.

I would not use this company again under any circumstances and plan to file complaints wherever I can. I have found references to them being a Santa Barbara based company, but my credit card company gave me a physical address in Los Angeles.
