Wal-Mart in Azusa, Ca. store no. 2292

Bought a Samsung dvd-vhs combo player model V6700. It was not the same item on display. During the return process I had to wait for someone from electronics to verify the item was all there in in good condition for return.The purchased item was black instead of silver as on display and was also missing the two coaxial connections on the back of the unit,also not like display. I asked the genleman if he knew the display unit was different, he replied- yeh it's an old model, I asked why isn't it removed he said that's the way it is he did not have any control over the issue, and of course the manager was not available. I believe that's false advertising and the "so what attitude is not acceptable. I did asked why not remove the item from display so another customer won't have to go thru the same process, he said you will have to take it up with the manager,and they proceeded to tape the box up and am quite sure it will be back on shelf for purchase. Is the rules for Corporate America, am tired of getting ripped off.
