Pogo.com/EA.com I have subscribed to Pogo.com. The first experience I had was when my husband wanted a subscription. We subscribed, paid our bill, and were able to get on line at first.
One day we noticed that our password didn't work, I tried getting in touch with the company, however they only have an email address, no phone number or physcial address to cooresspond with.
When I tried to contact customer service to find out what happened again I found the only way to contact them was via email. The kick off you have to be able to log onto the site in order to send an email. Well of course I couldn't get into my account so I had to create another account in order to send an email about the situation.
This all took place in January/February 2007, it is now April/May 2007 and I have had no answer. Due to the fact that I can not use the subscription and have lost interest I requested a refund back into my account and have no such luck.
Please be careful when you trust even such a popular company, even on the web.
