Local Toll Service Charges

I would like to request copies of my Local Toll Charges for the

months of Febuary '07, March '07.

MCI has been charging me Local Toll Service charges for my

previous dial up number (707 969 0531) on my home computer.

I wish to calculate these charges and negotiate a credit for these

charges which should have read "0" on my bills.
