Florist delivery

This is a personal consumer complaint.

I am having trouble with florists. Deliveries are not quality products and florists don't respond to complaints.

#1 Cut flowers delivered with dying plants and entire arrangement basically dead within a week. Carnations drying around their fringe, rose heads drooping over and drying out within three days. Complaint brought no help.

#2 Peace Lily delivered with not a hint of a lily and large hard leaves broken off, chopped off, dead leaf stuffed in middle of plant.

At this point I don't want to be bothered with dealing with sick flowers/FTD, etc., and would like to have my name listed for no floral deliveries without personal okay at a certain florist. Is this possible?
