To Whom It May Concern:

Attached you will find a copy of a letter that I sent to COMCAST

explaining a list of events that happened to me since I requested

installation of cable into my apartment. My name is Sondra Rogers and I

live at 8 Breeze Branch Court in Apartment J in Timonium, Maryland. I

requested to have Comcast provide me cable and phone service at my

residency. Comcast installed it on Saturday, April 14th. The

technician advised me that a temporary line because that line into my

apartment was not working. Unfortunately for me the temporary line that

was provided was view by my management company as illegal cable.

I have talked to a number of staff at Comcast; however, as of today my

services has not been restored. I am very dissatisfied with the

services that have been given up to this point and the promises to

correct the problem on April 25, 2007 went uncompleted. I must be

honest and saying that I am pissed, disappointed and regretfully that I

have ever taken the time and money to request these services based on

the treatment and my being left with no telephone service at all. I

feel that it is pertinent that I have a phone in my home for my

children, family members and myself. My daughter has been unable to do

her research for school and I have had to take on that additional

responsibility at work which is not accepted; however this situation can

not impact my children's education as well.

This experience has been going way to long and it needs to be

resolved.
