ITEM WAS DELIVERED ON 12/28/06. STOPPED WORKING ON 03/11/07. PURCHASED FROM BEST BUY ONLINE.. BEST BUY SENT ME TO THE MANUFACTURER BECAUSE IT WAS MORE THAN 30 DAYS OLD. I CALLED LG ELECTRONICS ON 3/11/07. THEY GAVE ME ELECTRONIC EXPERTS (407)869-7066 VERY RUDE DO NOT COME TO MY LOCATION, CALLED BACK LG, THEY GAVE ME DADE CITY ELECTRONICS. DADE CITY SAID THEY DO NOT FIX LG PRODUCTS. CALLED LG AGAIN, THEY GAVE ME ORLANDO ELECTRIC (407)895-5535 WILL NOT COME TO MY LOCATION, CALLED LG AGAIN, THE GAVE ME DADE CITY ELECTRONICS AGAIN, TOLD ME THEY WERE SURE THEY FIXED LG PRODUCTS. . I TALKED TO JOYCE, SHE TOLD ME IF IT WAS LESS THAN 90 DAYS OLD, I SHOULD GET A NEW TV. BUT AT ANY RATE THEY DO FIX LG AND WOULD SET AN APPOINTMENT IN A DAY OR SO. JOYCE ASKED ME TO FAX ALL INFORMATION ON THE TV, WHICH I DID. THE NEXT DAY DADE CITY CALLED THEY NEEDED THE PAPERWORK AGAIN, I FAXED IT AGAIN, ON 03/15/07 DADE CITY CALLED AGAIN FOR THE SAME INFORMATION JOYCE HAD QUIT AND NEVER DID PAPERWORK. GAVE INFO AGAIN, AND CALLED LG ELECTRONICS AND DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR I WAS GIVEN KATHY WATSON (256)774-4163. KATHY TOLD ME TO GIVE HER TEAM UNTIL THE 20TH OF MARCH AND SHE WOULD GET MY TV REPAIRED OR GET ME A NEW TV. SHE GAVE ME HER DIRECT DIAL NUMBER SHE NEVER ANSWERED HER PHONE OR CALLED ME BACK AGAIN. ON 03/15/07 AT 7:30 PM ANDREA THE OWNER OF DADE CITY ELECTRONICS CALLED TO SAY SHE WOULD NOT BE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO FIX MY TV, THAT LG WAS SENDING A REPAIRMAN CLOSER TO MY LOCATION. ON 03/16/07 KRISTEN FROM LG CALLED TO GIVE ME THE NUMBER OF A/E ELECTRONICS (407)880-7223, I CALLED IMMEDIATELY AND GOT A HOME RECORDER OF A CHILDS VOICE. I CALLED KATHY WATSON AND KRISTEN TO REPORT THAT MAYBE I HAD A WRONG NUMBER. ON MARCH 20TH, I CALLED KATHY WATSON TO ASK FOR AN UPDATE, KRISTEN CALLED ME BACK TO SAY THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE NUMBER THEY GAVE ME. SHE GAVE ME FERNANDO RIOS (407)682-7672 CELL (407)230-2987 AND SAID HE WOULD BE GLAD TO COME AND PICK UP THE TV, BUT WANTED TO DO IT ON SATURDAY THE 24TH, FERNANDO MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME FOR SATTURDAY THE 24TH OF MARCH, I CALLED HIM ON HIS CELL PHONE ON FRIDAY TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT. HE NEVER SHOWED UP AND WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALLS. I LEFT MESSAGES WITH KATHY AND KRISTEN. I GOT A CALL ON THE 26TH OF MARCH THAT VIDEO CLINIC (407)260-9100 WOULD PICK UP MY TV. J0HN FROM VIDEO CALLED AND SET AN APPONTMENT FOR 03/27/07 AND CAME AND PICKED UP THE TV. TOLD ME HE WOULD CALL ME APRIL 4TH IF IT NEEDED PARTS. I CALLED JOHN APRIL 5TH, HE TOLD ME HE WAS WAITING FOR A PART. I CALLED LG, THEY HAD THE PART OVERNIGHTED TO JOHN . FRIDAY THE 6TH JOHN CALLED ME TO SAY, THE PART HAD COME, BUT IT WAS THE WRONG PART, THE RIGHT PART WAS BACK ORDERED UNTIL 04/14/07. SINCE THEN I HAVE TALKED TO AMY UPSHAW (256)774-4018 WHO TRYED VERY HARD TO BE HELPFUL BUT JUST COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM WITH ANY KIND OF DECENCY OR SYMPATHY. I SPOKE TO HER BOSS AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 45 MINUTES. HIS NAME IS JOEL DAVIS (256)-772-8860 AFTER TALKING TO ME ABOUT 5 MINUTES HE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES, AND FINALLY AGREED TO GIVE ME A NEW TV. HE ASKED FOR THE SAME INFORMATION I HAVE PROVIDED MANY TIMES, AND SAID IT MAY TAKE A WHILE. TODAY I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM LG ELECTRONICS ASKING FOR SAME INFORMATION AGAIN. I CALLED JOEL DAVIS TO BE SURE HE HAD WHAT HE NEEDED. IF FACT I CALLED HIM TWICE. GOT HIS VOICE MAIL THE SECOND TIME AND ASKED TO PLEASE JUST LEAVE ME A MESSAGE TO LET ME KNOW HE HAS WHAT HE HEED TO REPLACE MY TV. I HAVE WRITTEN TO THE CEO IN SEOUL SOUTH KOREA, THE NORTH AMERICAN CEO IN NEW JERSEY AND HAVE TALKED TO JUST ABOUT EVERYONE I CAN THINK OF TO TALK TO. THESE FOLKS JUST PLAIN DO NOT CARE. THEY HAVE BECOME BRAZEN AND INSENSITIVE. I CAN SEE WHY, THERE IS VIRTUALLY NOTHING YOU CAN DO.
