Kenmore dishwasher / check why leaving soap scum on dishes

April 24th about 1:00 to 2:30 pm

Sears repairman came to our house to check out the problem our Kenmore

dishwasher was leaving soap scum residue on our dishes.

The service repair man said was defective hot water valve and he order

new one to be sent to our address in Lansing,Mi.

After he resemble our dishwasher and left.

My wife try our hot water tap to kitchen sink and it did not work, but

it did work before the sears service repairman came.

What did the repairman do to our hot tap to our kitchen sink?

Please reply to my complaint, because without hot water in kitchen sink

until he comes to replace the defective hot water valve on our

dishwasher, we will have no hot water.
