Complain About iPod Sweepstakes

This site is similar to PhoneHog in that it allows a customer to earn points through completing offers and when subscribers get 1000 they are about to cash them in for a free iPod. Yet I have noticed that although I usually recieve low rewards (5 point ones and such) I am never credited for the high ones. I completed 3 very night point offers True.com (152 points), Netflix (136 points), and Bob Green's Best Life (85 points) I have yet to be credited for any of them weeks later. I have contacted member support about this on multple occassions but have gotten no reply.
