CIC Credit Report

Incident = I ordered a free credit report from this company several years ago. I never received the credit report and I was supposed to have gotten access to their website in order to monitor my credit. I never received the login information for his site and was never able to access it. I have been charged 12.00 a month for several years for a service i never received or was given access to. I want to stop them from charging me every month but cannot get a response from them.

Damage Resulting = At least $434 charged to my account without my permission. And- no service provided.

How Do I get them to stop charging me?
