Emirates Airlines - flight Hyderabad to New York -Via Dubai - Duty Free luggage still missing after almost 1 month

Dear sir,

I would like to use your foroum to bring forward the harressment brought on me by EMIRATES AIRLINES.

I had traveled on the emirated airlines from Hyderabad to New York, the flight was via dubai.

I have purchase couple of Duty Free Items in Dubai Airport worth of $260 and on my flight from Dubai to NEW YOUR(JFK) they will not let me carry my Duty Free Items as they are liquids.

On arrival in New York I found that my Duty Free baggage was missing and I had promptly reported the matter to the airline representative and got a report made. I was told the baggage will be traced and delivered to me.

I was also in constant touch with the customeraffairs department via email (I have all the correspondence with me).But I have not received any response back from the Customer Sevice neither via email or phone.

There was no intermidiate compensation offered and I got message from Emirates baggaige claim JFK office that they will

be settlement from the Emirates airlines . But now the same JFK Baggaige Claim representative said that the claim was denied by Emirates andn there not be any compensation.

I request you to kindly bring forward this matter to the public in general so that people in future are not misguided by claims by such airlines to be the best in the world. I would also like if you could guide me about getting in touch with the organization who gives out the rewards / ratings to the airlines so that I can bring this matter up for their consideration also.
