CIC credit report and monitoring

I accessed my FICO score through CIC. I did not get my credit report, this was supposed to be a free trial but I have immediately been charged with a fee of $24.95. I was given a phone number to call but I now realize these are the same people I ended up dealing with last year. They received over $50 for their "services" - none of which I benefited from - while I was trying to connect with them to cancel my "membership"

This company is sneaky and they are not forthcoming about what they will and won't do for you, nor what the actual cost is and when they will start charging you. The last thing I need right now is another monthly bill.
