I just received an invoice in the amount of $24.00 from the named collection agency above. I’m not sure as to why this action was taken since I spoke to the Creative Home Arts Club office in regards to this matter. I was told that you would delete this account from your records for I had not received a catalog from you. I asked that since I had not received any of your magazines that you not send any for I was not interested in becoming a member. I have moved from the address that you claimed that you mailed a catalog about six month ago. Therefore, I would appreciate it if you would notify your collection agency to rectify this matter. I do not understand why my name has been sent to a collection agency for I owe you no money. I will address this issue to my attorney and the Better Business Bureau.
