AOL

I called AOL to get their address so I could mail in my last payment, because I had cancelled my account a couple weeks beforehand. And the customer service technician, (who didn't speak english very well, so was a loooong phone call trying to get the address out of him....) told me that I had to give him my credit card information over the phone so the bill wouldn't be sent to collections! After 2 weeks1 I finally ended up getting the address out of him- and they didn't even send an envelope for the bill....

Now, I need to call them back with a question I have- and their customer service phone number is nowhere to be found! In fact, that's how I found your web site, by searching for an AOL customer service phone number!
