On seeing the ad in the news paper I N. Sridhar residing at 22B Shanthi Nagar 3rd street Adambakkam Chennai (9444402749) went to Sekar Stores to book a three door wardrobe on 11th march 2007 and have also paid the entire amount and also extra delivery charge. The Bill no is 0121193/csb/2006. They promised to deliver the wardrobe with in a week time. But they failed to deliver the same and I went there quite a number of times. I met Mr. Sathya seelan Mobile No(9841291990) on 1st week of April and he said it would be delivered the same night and that never happened . There were no proper reasons quoted and they invariably give false information by saying it will be delivered in two days time . On 7th April I went and met Mr. Suresh Mobile (9841040990) who claims as P.A to owner of the company and he promised to deliver the wardrobe on Monday the 9th April 2007 and he also gave it in writing ( behind the bill) . But they failed this time also. And he bought some more time and I kept calling every day and finally he (Mr.Suresh) told me on Saturday the 21st April 2007 that they got the stock and it is in their stock yard and it will be delivered on Monday. Today Monday the 23rd April I spoke to Mr. Suresh at 11.00 am and he told me that he Has stock at Annnagar office where he was stationed. So he asked me to meet Mr. Rajan at Velecherry office and I went there and met Mr. Rajan and not to my surprise, this time they tell me that they have got a wrong shipment and they do not have 3 door wardrobe and have bought time till 1st may. They also refuse to give me the head office address and this time they gave me new phone number one more person to talk with Sundar 98410 53700 whose number could never be reached.....

This is a beautiful experience I am having and I believe this will go on and on and I am patiently waiting and promptly following it up with them and meeting new persons - supposed to managers every time I visit there .
