The company is Travelosity and Yahoo Travel.

They get my vacation plan to Disney World all screwed up and I cannot cancel or change the plan. Hold times for hours - I was told at one point the hold time was 4 hours. I was on hold for an hour on one phone - switched to another - got someone who was not authorized to help and then put on hold for 1 hour before I hung up both phones. Hidden fees, long hold times, poor service and failure to admit mistakes-Avoid!

$20 PARKING FEE Automatically added to your room and ADDITIONAL WARNING if you use DEBIT Card the Room Fee and ANTICIPATED ROOM CHARGES put a hold on that amount for 72 hours after YOU LEAVE when you stay at the Doubletree in San Jose California. We also could NOT get the staff to bring the coffee creamer to our room after 2 calls that was supposed to be there in the first place.
