call and whatever extra would be charged for time. All I needed was

a couple of acrylic panels replaced on my Kitchenaid side by side

refrigerator, which took less than five minutes. It cost me a

whopping $200. Kitchenaid should be boycotted for recommending this

company, and A & E should be put out of business for price gouging.
