Dear Sir,

I would like to bring your notice one issue which I am facing from last

one week.

I have applied for TATA Walky Postpaid on 14th April 2007 by giving

2020/- cash payment by calling directly Tata Postpaid helpline

9210008282.

The person which attended my home was come from ITBL Telecom Pvt Ltd.,

Delhi (Ph:64504567)

Tata Indicom sales person committed me to provide connection by Tuesday

evening but today is Friday (20th April 2007) and I have not received

any Walky.

My Customer application number is DL00177362 and Pin code is 201301.

I have raised complain against it on 19th April 2007 at 10- AM and Mr.

Charanjeet from Customer care (Complain number:68512019) assured me to

for connection by 36 hrs, but till now after completion of 36 hrs, no

response received from Tata Indicom.

I would like to say If such big company is providing horrible and shit

services, then I don't think your company's future is bright and you

will stay longer in market.

I have spoken many times with customer care but all in vain.

Please look into this matter and If you are not able to resolve my

problem, Please refund my money 2020/- to my address.

If I have not received any reply within 24 hrs, I will complain at

consumer court for making wrong commitments and providing faulty

services.
