Majestic washer Model MJ 9000v

I haved called many times attempting to have washer repaired in Raleigh North Carlonia with no results. It is located at College Park Rv and I have given the serial number address etc several times to the on line phone person. NO RESULTS!!!!!!! Phone 540-924 2068
