I needed a repair to my Rado Diastar. I took it to an Authorized Rado Dealer. I was told that it would either be repaired or replaced and sent off to Rado. It was replaced with an inferior watch. My watch was a perfect timepiece except for the broken time adjustment crown which needed to be replaced. I received a watch back with pitted hands. All three hands are pitted (second, minute & hour). I sent an email to Rado which was never answered. The Dealer has no control over the issue. Can anyone help?
