Experienced poor customer service by nurses, room service, food service & human resources. Talked to rude room service & human resources supervisors: Tania E. De Los Reyes, Cindy A. Croissant, Mohammad Tekrouri, Carol Frankmann & Jackie B. Rochelle. Received poor quality food numerous times. Talked to other room service employees over the phone & in person who did not comprehend my complaints nor solve them correctly. Found 10 other patients who experienced similar situations. The hospital seems to have covered up records of complaints.
