Conversion of Time Warner Accounts to COMCAST

COMCAST aquired the TIme Warner accounts in Central

Mississippi in 2007. Now COMCAST is trying to convert

all the TimeWarner High Speed Internet Customers to

COMCAST email accounts. Which is understandable, but

the ONLINE function to do this does not work, the

Customer Service Reps at both companies keep blaming

each other for the glitches, and the Reps either cant

speak English or dont care.

Im ready to GIVE UP on COMCAST. They only respond to

their BUSINESS Cstomers and dont care about

Residential Customers becasue they are a MONOLPLY and

there is NO Other HighSpeed Internet Provider in this

state (unless you count DSL as high speed....ugh).
