McAfee Security refund

I purchased McAfee Security in November of 2006. Lightning hit my computer in April 2007. I had to purchase a new computer that came equipped with McAfee Security already installed for 15 months free. I called McAfee to ask for a partial refund of the purchase I made in November. After being told by many representatives that they do not refund after days I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was transferred to Edgar in the Texas office. He would not agree to a partial refund but did agree to refund the full purchase price 76.25???? I should receive my refund in 10 to 14 days. We'll see. What is so sad is that I had to go thru so many representatives @ McAfee and pay long distance charges for something that could have been corrected by the first representative.
