Complaint About A & E Factory Service

We have had the worse experience with A & E Factory Service. We purchased a warranty through Lowes which was serviced by GE. Our Whirpool washer broke and GE sent A&E Factory Service to come out to fix it. Two weeks later the same part they supposedly fixed broke again. GE said that A&E had to fix the part since they didn't fix it right the first time. A&E as usual had no openings to help us out so we had to wait an entire week for them to come out and fix the same part again. When A&E finally came out, the technician blew out the motherboard of our washer in an attempt to fix the problem! He promised to overnight the part and repair it within 3 days. Three days came and went and the part never showed up and A&E could not tell us what was going on! We called A&E repeatedly and they fed us a different story every time we called. They promised the part would show up in an "emergency overnight" shipment and it kept getting delayed again and again and the part never showed up when they promised it would. Three and half weeks went by and we did not have a washer to wash clothes! It was a nightmare with 3 small kids, including a newborn. A& E had no sympathy and kept saying "sorry but what can we do?" I have to say A & E has the worst service (we would be on hold for long periods of time) and their supervisors were useless in helping us out. Stay away from A &E!
