Columbia house DVD Club My name is C.Weston (50424605553) and I was a member of the Columbia House DVD Club. I was very dissatisfied with the company’s customer service, or lack thereof. I notified the company by email of this and the cancelled an order of item #s 044296,044195,044385 by email on 10/18 and was informed by the CH company customer service to allow 24 hours from cancellation request to take effect. Despite my timely cancellation, the company shipped the order on 10/30 and 10/31. On course I returned the items to them and they insist of billing me for shipment of this order. I have requested a removal of this $7.58 charge by email and snail mail to Columbia House DVD Customer service. I included all emails in my request.
The Columbia House DVD Club continues to bill me monthly and have recently sent me a final notice for payment before sending to collection. I would like to file a complaint against this company if they insist on billing me for their error.
