Hutch is the worst service provider I Have dealt with. Even a nearby pan shop guy care his customers with most respect.

EVEN AFTER ESCALATING TO YOU, THE NODAL OFFICER OR THE MEMBER OF THE CORE TEAM, YOU CANNOT RESOLVE THIS OR SEND OUT A MAIL SAYING THAT YOU ARE GOING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. THAT'S STRANGE FROM A COMPANY LIKE HUTCH.

I HAVE NO IDEA HOW MANY TIMES I CALLED UP THE CUSTOMER CARE TO STOP THIS. MY NUMBER IS xxxxxxxxx. (removed for privacy).


I GET THE ADVERTISEMENTS WHICH ARE RECORDED VOICE CALLS FROM NUMBERS ENDING WITH 123. I CALLED UP THE CUSTOMER CARE MORE THAN 100 TIMES TO STOP THIS. YOU GUYS SAID TO USE "DND" TO 111 SOMETIMES, SOMETIMES YOU SAY, SEND IT TO 997. I FED UP SENDING THESE, BECAUSE IT NEVER WORKS AND ALWAYS I GET A REPLY SAYING "YOU HAVE ENTERED A WRONG KEYWORD, PLEASE SEND WITH CORRECT KEYWORD".


MORE THAN 20 TIMES, YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES SAID IT IS GOING TO BE DISABLED FROM THE BACKEND BY THE TECHNICAL TEAM INITIALLY AND TAKES 24 HOURS. IT NEVER WORKED. I STARTED SCOLDING THEM AND THEY SAID, IT HAS BEEN DONE IMMEDIATELY ON THE SPOT. I ASKED THEM TO ESCALATE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL. IT NEVER WORKED.


THEY STARTED TRANSFERRING THE CALLS TO THE SO CALLED SENIOR EXECUTIVES, AND THE SAME COMMITMENTS I GOT AND NEVER WORKED.


IT IS SO FRUSTRATING, THAT WHEN I AM IN A CLIENT MEETING OR DRIVING , I GET A CALL FROM THIS SHIT NUMBERS, AND WHEN I TAKE THESE CALLS, I LISTEN TO THE F**CKING RECORDED ADS.


DUE TO THIS, MY MENTAL STATE IS BEING DISTURBED, I LOST SOME BUSINESS AND GETTING ANGRY ALL THE TIME, WHEN I GET IT AGAIN.


I WAS THINKING HUTCH HAS BETTER CARE FOR CUSTOMERS.


BUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOTALLY F**CKED UP.


ONCE, I WAS TOLD TO SEND "STOP" MESSAGE TO THESE NUMBERS AND EACH SMS WILL BE CHARGED 3 BUCKS. WHY THE F**CK I SHOULD SPEND MY MONEY FOR WHICH I HAVEN'T ASKED FOR?


CHECK, HOW MANY TIMES, I HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE AND INFORMED ABOUT THIS. IF YOU CANNOT RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, DON'T PROMISE THE CUSTOMERS THAT IT IS BEEN DONE ON THE SPOT AND WILL NEVER EVER RECEIVE THIS MESSAGES AND CALLS ANYMORE, MANY TIMES NOT JUST 1 TIME OR 2 TIMES.

IF YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, CARE THE CUSTOMERS PROFESSIONALLY, RATHER THAN MAKING THE CUSTOMERS MAD.


I WENT TO THE HUTCH SHOP AND TALKED TO THE MANGERS DIRECTLY AT INDIRANAGAR LOCATION, THEY IMMEDIATELY "DISABLED" THIS AFTER TRYING DND FROM MY CELL.


THEY ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR 24 HOURS, I GAVE 3 DAYS AND NEVER WORKED.

SO TALKED TO "THE CUSTOMER CARE" AGAIN. THE SAME THING HAPPENED.


IF YOUR SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING TO DISABLE IT, DO THE ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS AND FIX IT. IF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES AND SENIOR EXECUTIVES ARE NOT CARING THE CUSTOMER CORRECTLY, SACK THEM. DON'T JUST ASK THEM TO READ SOME PREWRITTEN STATEMENTS ALL THE TIME.


I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN YOU GUYS IN MY LIFE.

IF YOU CANNOT DO THAT, TELL ME THAT, I WILL GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT, OR GIVE A COMPLAINT TO THE TRAI.


IF , IT IS NOT RESOLVED, LET ME DO THAT.


I DON'T HAVE ANY INTENTION OF STICKING WITH HUTCH ANYWAY.
