This man’s company contacted my wife September 13, 2005 on our home phone and told her that someone had stolen my identity and tried to make an online purchase. It upset her so much she gave the person my cell phone number and he called me and said the same thing. And he started asking me personal credit information and said he represented Chase, my credit card company. I am an online business man so I told this guy that if it was an illegal online purchase then he should have the IP address of the culprit. I said if he gave me that I would be able to track the criminal myself. I would not need his help. He got really quiet and said he would do that. He said it would take him a few minutes to find that out. He gave me the phone number above and his name and some other information and said he would call me in a little while with this info. He never called. So for several days I tried calling and got only and answering service. That is when I began to realize it was likely a scam. Finally I left a message on that phone number telling them I was going to take legal action against them unless they called me and told me the truth. Eventually a man called identifying himself as Martin Sviland. He denied ever calling me and said someone must have climbed the phone pole outside his business and made the call. Of course I knew this was ridiculous and told him so. I have spent the last 1.5 years trying to expose this man and his company. We have finally caught him in his lies and can now prove through phone records they did call me and he is lying. I would love to find anyone else who has been contacted by these people to join me and my beloved wife in exposing this company. All we ever wanted was to have him admit what he has done and tell me why he did it, and that he would never do it again. He has slandered my lovely bride, myself and my company ruthlessly and lied to the local police, different Attorneys General Etc. If you have had any similar experience with this horrible man please contact me. Even if you don’t want get involved that is ok, but contacting me at least is the right thing to do. If it was your wife he had scared, terrorized and insulted what would you do? Thank you in advance.
