DIRECTTV VIOLATED THERE CONTRACT AND FALSIFIED MY ACCOUNT ON 04/16/07 MY SERVICE WAS INTERUPTED, THERE WAS A MESSAGE ON THE SCREEN TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE UPON DOING SO THEY TOLD ME THAT BENJAMIN THORNLEY HAD A PAST DUE ACCOUNT OF $600.00 AND THAT THE BILL NEEDED TO BE PAID BEFORE MY SERVICE COULD BE RESTORED. AFTER TALKING WITH HER I FOUND OUT THAT THE BILL WAS MY STEP SON'S WHO SHARE THE SAME NAME BENJAMIN THORNLEY III. MY SON HAD DIRECT TV INSTALLED AT HIS HOME ON 4444 FREE STATE RD. ON 12/05 AND THE SERVICE WAS TERMINATED ON 04/06/06 FOR NON PAYMENT TOLD THE LADY MY SON DID NOT LIVE WITH AT THE TIME OF SERVICE AND THEY ARE SAYING THAT THE COMPUTER SHOWS THAT HE HAD SERVICE INSTALLED AT MY RESIDENCE, TOLD HER I HAVE PROOF THAT MY SON WAS NOT LIVING WITH ME AND SOMEONE MADE A MISTAKE TO PLEASE PULL HIS ACCOUNT WHICH HAS A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT # AND ADDRESS. AKED TO SPEAK TO SUPERVISOR GOT NO WHERE THEY REFUSE TO TURN ON MY SERVICES AND FIX THIS PROBLEM THEY SAID IF I WANT MY SERVICES RESTORED I WOULD HAVE TO WRITE CORPORATE AND PROVE THAT MY SON DID NOT LIVE WITH ME AND IT COULD BE UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THINGS ARE WORKED OUT THEY REFUSE TO CALL CORPORATE AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A NUMBER. IF YOU HAVE BEEN VIOLATED BY DIRECTTV PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
