Sprint PCS Horror Story My name- Joseph My Complaint- Sprint PCS Nightmare
The story started on thursday april 5th 2007; I was looking to purchase phones for my fiance` and I. I did some research and thought sprint would give me the best service and coverage for the price. With that in mind i sought out the phones we would like and a plan that seemed decent for the price and accomidations. I proceeded to order online and got to the checkout page.......................HERES WHERE THE FUN BEGINS........FOLLOW ALONG SEE IF YOU CAN MAKE SENSE OUT OF IT..................
At the checkout page it stated i needed to enter a credit or debit card, i did just that.........it stated ''TRY AGAIN CARD NOT ACCEPTED'' I thought nothing of it so i entered it again, it happened one more time i thought maybe a server error so like it insisted i tried again........ "NOTICE", it stated, "YOUR CARD HAS BEEN DENIED PLEASE CALL THE 1-800-NUMBER THAT IT STATED" I call the 1-800 number and spoke to a man who's name i believe was Ron, He stated that i would have to order again because what he was looking at stated i did not complete the order and it was not valid. I thought, "ok maybe there was a server error," and again thought nothing of it, apperently my mistake, a very large unforgetable mistake! I went along with i believe Ron for about 1 hour on the phone and on hold two or three times and he said your order has been approved and you will recieve it by saturday with overnight shipping at 14.00 but because not ordered by 4 pm it will take a bit longer. "meh oh well wish i ordered earlier today no big deal" Ahhhh monday afternoon couldnt come fast enough though i did not recieve it when i was alerted no big deal ive got it and im happy, for about two minutes. As i looked out my apartment window at the UPS truck a man got out and approached my door with two decent sized boxes, i thought, "wow they want to keep my phones safe and give each phone a seperate box how nice" Well i sign for them very excited and get inside like a boy at christmas morning open them and wowsers!!!! I have four (4) cell phones valued at well over 1500.00 what a mistake i thought, immediatly i checked my online banking account and saw that my account was in the negative, thats lovely i had a rent check that needed to go through and sprint accidentaly charged over 1000.00 to my checking account and now my rent check will bounce or get returned. Right away i call sprint eager to get this resolved not knowing what kind of uphill battle i just embarked on! FOR THE NEXT 6 HOURS I AM ON THE PHONE WITH JUST ABOUT EVERY DEPARTMENT SPRINT HAS AND EVER PERSON I SPOKE WITH KNEW GRATEFULLY ABOUT THREE WORDS IN ENGLISH, I HAD BEEN TRANSFERED NUMEROUS TIMES ONLY TO HEAR WHAT IS YOUR PHONE NUMBER THEN WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM AND THEN LET ME PLACE YOU ON HOLD TO FIND THE CORRECT PERSON TO DEAL WITH YOUR PROBLEM, NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY NEVER FOUND THAT PERSON OR DEPARTMENT THAT DAY! Ahhh a new day we will try again! I call and speak to an american, in america who says they want to solve my problem in one call, "WOW COULD IT BE TRUE THANK YOU JESUS I DIDNT LOSE MY TEMPER THE DAY BEFORE AND IT PAYED OFF!...................THE CLOUDS CLOSED IN AND I HEARD THE LORD SAY, I HATE YOU JOSEPH (JUST A JOKE) Well a few more hours on the phone with someone named Jasmin Williams- Email User, she told me to send my bank info via email to her personaly to get it refunded back to my account i sent secret confidential information all my account numbers and such and at the end of the call i stated that the next day my check will bounce, she calmed my weariness and staated that she locked in her id and it would be resolved by morning.............well i slept good that night and said my prayers blessing miss williams for her help and went to bed. The next morning i awake and eager to check my new balance and confirm paid rent i power on the laptop.................Miss williams lied to me and hurt me very badly just as i feared and stated my concern the rent check bounced and also to top it off an additional 60.00 had been charged for no funds for check that hurt a little i call sprint and this time im upset and have not yet gotten angry but am ready too at any second give them the load off my shoulders verbaly. One hour on hold noone yet...................one and a half hours on hold and i get to speak with the most curtious of sprint reps, and i mean that this man was the nicest most caring man ive spoken too and even though its not resolved he tried his best and i appriciate that very much. His name is Walter ID#-wworks01, He tried relentlesy to get my refund bypassing supervisors and such but could not get it approved by the not so caring HELP DESK, he stated to me that i would be better off opening up a legal case with sprint after trying just one last attempt on my own to speak to someone i thanked him for his two hours talking to me on the phone and tried what he told me to do. So i sent about 10 emails to sprint and finally got a response, they need the phones and are sending me a return box before i get the refund. then after they get the phones i can get a overnight refund. IM GETTING TIRED OF TYPING TO SUM IT UP I RECIEVED AN EVICTION NOTICE FROM MY HOME AND SPRINT HAS NOTHING TO SAY ABOUT IT BUT THE FACT THAT SOMEHOW ITS MY FAULT AND THAT IS IT. TODAY IS TUESDAY APRIL 17th AND I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE THE BOX?????? BUT THATNK YOU SPRINT I DID RECIEVE A COUPLE BILLS TOTALING MORE THEN 200.00??????
