I have been using Reliance Post paid mobile connection for a year. My compliant is that the request for the detailed mobile bill had started from the day one onwards.

The different methods of requesting the detailed bill are Calling Customer care, Send ITEM-YES to 3636 and informing the web worlds and so on. Calling Customer care is an on going activity every month and the Send ITEM-YES to 3636 happens every month. Every time I call customer care assure me that the bill will be generated next month.

Send ITEM-YES to 3636 acknowledges with a “processed successfully” message. Web world employees and other reliance phone advertisers happily escape says “This is not our job”. One of the employees had taken a written complaint form me and told me that he will send to Mumbai. No change as of now. I don’t know how I can get this service from Reliance Communications. It would be of great help if you can say me a place where in I can go and get this precious service.
