I had received a bill from an old account, I am truthfully not even sure what it is, but i sent a payment. After sending a payment, this company began calling my house continually, as well as calling my neighbor. I contacted this company to complain about it's practices, and to see why they needed to be so aggressive, EVEN AFTER I SENT A PAYMENT, that they were calling neighbors. It was over making a settlement, since my debt is so small. I explained i was not interested in doing that, and yet, the next day I received ANOTHER call. This woman wanted to set up a future payment, which I refused, and she continually harassed me about paying off the account immediatly. I explained that i would send a payment next month-period, to which she hung up on me.
