24protect fraud charge showing up

24 protect plus 14.95 charge showing up on American Express bill...this is fraud...contacted American Express...they will remove charge...said to representative at American Express that I went to "complaint.com and saw complaints on this happening and she said she didn't want to hear that as 24 Protect is a customer of theirs.
