Very bad customer service at Pooja International Gift store, Fremont, California

Dear Sir,

I had a very bad experience at Pooja International Gift store, Fremont, California recently.

I bought 2 lamps from them in January this year (2007). I paid $35 for them. One worked for a month. The 2nd one burnt out in just 4 days. When I went to return it, the lady there was very RUDE. She refused to even consider my case. She tried to insinuate I was lying. She had to take back her words when I showed her the bill. But she didn't replace the bad product. I experienced totally bad customer service & bad quality products. I would not recommend this store to anyone;
