Know what, some of you have probably signed up for the games at one time or another...payments come out automatically every month or once a year once you sign up. Some of you are posting your credit card numbers here on this complaint website, ARE YOU INSANE???? Some of you are saying Pogo was removed from your computer, Pogo is not saved to your computer it's a website...If you no longer want to be a member you need to visit that website AGAIN & cancel from there! My son messed up my computer and since then I haven't been able to get on my pogo games. I discovered a phone # for Electric Arts in Ca, on this site, and I just hung up from them. They have canceled this account and state I will have a refund on my Visa Account within 3 - 5 days. I can not get my Pogo Games Card Games or any of the other games in Pogo to work at all. I hear the card games but I can not get in the room to play the games. And also it takes over 30 mins or sometimes a hour to load Pogo Games not sure if it is cause I have slow dial up.
