Sprint Rebate / Customer Service Problem

Sprint Rebate / Customer Service Problem Please let me know if there is a way to let Sprint stop their business forever... I really don't understand why the customer should endure thier arbitrary business way.
During the last four years, my nephew had used Sprint and he complained a lot about the customer service. I didn't believe it because so many people is still using the Sprint. I thought my nephew had some problem with using the cell phone.
Now I realized the real problem with Sprint since I purchased 4 phones for my family. On February 24, 2007, I made a contract with Sprint for 2 years and purchased Sanyo 6600 (Katana). The price of phone was $ 129.99, but another phone was free for buying one phone. Therefore, I bought one more to get another for free. Also, the sales person told me that I can get rebates $160 for buying 4 phones.
I mailed everything for getting rebate. The result is that I had to call so many times and email a lot to the customer service. I had to spend my valuable times. Of course, I told the sales person who was sure that I could get a rebate of $160.
On the status check for rebate, it has been on pending more than one month and then they told me they didn't get the right information or mail from me. So, I sent again, but I heard that I could get a rebate of only $ 40 dollars. I had to email and call again and again. Today, they emailed me that I can get $ 80.
I just realize that my nephew had so many complaint for Sprint's policy, customer service and billing service, etc. I had to believe his words.
Now, I hate to call or email to Sprint anymore. If I can, I would like to put my all energy to end their business sincerely. It was so stressful to talk them the same thing so many times.
