Providian To SST

I never check my paper statements,I always check online for balanes and minimum payements.

I was never late in my payments.I donno why providian sold my account to SST.

SST is really bull-shit higher APR ... Annual fee...I cannot pay online. If you pay through telephone

they are charging 10$ for each payment.I"m def going to close this account.

Will it effect my credit score ?

SST is bullshit no customercare in weekends. even week days also only in a particular time.

Please never go fot this " Providian " and " SST "

I doubt about my balance too, I guess it should be around 1600 in proidian, when they sold my account to SST.

SST online balance shows me 1734. Now I'm not able to check my previous balace at providian . It says your account has been sold to SST blah blah...

(To confirm regarding balances I need to wait for my paper statement..if providian sents me :( )
