color TV with DVD complain

Dear Customer-care of Sansui India,

This is Sunil Jha from Ahmedabad (Gujarat) India.

I had purchase color TV of Sansui brand at Ahmedabad store Of Ramesh Corporation, Year Back.

With Ctv- you are providing along with DVD But as later warranty date is expire it repeatedly turn breakdown

Once it repaired through your authorize centre and again it repeadly same.

Now, people s behavior also not customer friendly.

So what to do in that case, Are you people making fool to consumer?

So ple give me specific answer, don’t give me General Answer, why it s happen again and again???
