EvisionMegapro digital camera purchased from AOL

The start-up disc causes an error message on my PC, which has to be powered down to erase. The camera uses batteries up at an alarming rate and now I can't download the photos to my PC because the soft ware won't integrate. For the money spent in good faith you would think AOL would back their sponsored products. I apparently am not the only one AOL has ignored in regard to similar problems. AOL you lost a patron, not just for your merchandise, but for your whole d-----d internet system. You just can't be trusted anymore.
